Emma is from Ardmore, Co. Waterford and based between there, Dublin, and Cork.
She is interested in writing Hiberno English fiction that features romance and in researching Irish television history.
She recently completed her MPhil in Creative Writing and her MPhil in Irish Writing from Trinity College Dublin.
Her previous studies include a HDip in English from University College Cork, a Dip in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Law from the Irish Law Society, and an HonsBA in Film and Television Production at the National Film School at IADT Dun Laoghaire, specialising in Editing and Television Production.
She is a happy sort, her view of everyday life having been informed by experiencing long term illness.
If out of office, she can be found watching K-dramas.
